"Our stay at Amber Residence was professional and pleasant from start to finish – from booking, receiving helpful information before our arrival, to the care we received during our stay and even upon departure. We felt well looked after throughout. All our questions were answered quickly and politely, often with extra tips and local insights that we truly appreciated. The location was perfect for a long weekend in the Old Town – everything was within easy walking distance, and the surroundings felt safe at all times. We enjoyed the short walk to the breakfast restaurant, which offered a good menu and friendly staff. It was nice to start the day with a coffee in the room before heading out. The room itself was a good size, spotlessly clean, and modern in design. Every member of the Amber Residence team we met was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. If we are ever in Krakow again, we’ll know exactly where to stay!"
