This home is located in a very cozy Maize, KS neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy with great neighbors! The home has easy access to K-96 and is located just minutes from some of the best shopping in the Wichita area. There are many restaurants, bars and shops located just a few minutes south on Maize Road.

Guests have full access to the interior of the property (barring some storage closets). The garage is locked and used for storage.

Early Check-In

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance, as it depends on the cleaning and preparation schedule following the previous guest. If you request an early check-in, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if the home becomes available ahead of the scheduled check-in time.

Please note that the door code will not be active before the scheduled check-in time, and access to the home is not available until the property is ready and the code has been activated.

This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.
