«The hotel is advertised incorrectly on all sites.
The hotel is not a bad place to stay, but is overpriced for the experience.
There is no laundry or dry cleaning services, there is only one hot tub for the entire hotel, there is no room service other than cleaning (and they will come in your room whether you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door or not), the included breakfast is not worth it since there is much better food within a 2 min walk.

«I had a wonderful stay at Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The property was well maintained, and the location was convenient for enjoying Banff and the surrounding area.
I especially enjoyed the cozy fireplaces, the hot tub, and the hotel restaurant, the Prow. These touches made the stay feel relaxing and memorable. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Banff.»

«Overall a pleasant stay. There was construction across from the hotel but it wasn't bothersome when inside. The rooms has thin walls though causing us to hear people talking. Location is close to the Bow River and Banff Canoe Docks. Short walk to Banff Ave.
The pool and hot tub is located in the sister hotel, Banff Park Lodge which is right next door, but not the same building so you have to go outside.
Fridge in room but microwave is in the common area. There is a coffee and tea station but ...
