    A perfect getaway for couples, friends, or family in every season. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. Our tiny home sits just steps from the shore with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. It's a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in quaint WIlmington, and around the corner from the VAST trail. Enjoy a drink on the deck or a dip in the hot tub. End your day curled up on the leather couch in front of the fireplace.

    The tiny home has a spacious living room with views of the lake and the mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, vessel sink, and rainhead shower with unique metal sides. The bedroom features a queen bed and a window seat with a direct view of Sadawga Lake.

    The lot is private and has 150 feet of lakefront with a dock. Take advantage of the beautiful, private deck and large hot tub that overlook the lake. We have a hammock to hang beneath the trees lakeside, or you can take out one of our kayaks to explore the beautiful floating island.

    We do allow pets at our tiny home and do not charge an extra fee for them. Because of the small size of the home, we request that pets are no larger than 50lbs. We also require guests to tell us that they are bringing a pet during the initial booking process.

We had 3 lovely nights at the Lakeside Tiny House and spent some wonderful time hiking in nearby state parks. The view of the lake is perfection and the house was just right for my husband and I. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Great location, house was spotless, and easy access to the lake for kayaking. We would definitely stay here again.

High hopes but left disappointed. Location is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do within 20 mins. Property description states breakfast and lunch are included with the price to stay...come to find out the owners restaurant is closed. We were not informed of the closure and had to reach out to the owner to find out. Owner offered to credit for not providing breakfast and lunch for our stay but still have not been credited...The back deck had concerning spots of rot and were unsafe to walk on; again, not told about and instead there were rubber mats placed over the areas of concern to hide it. Very hot sleeping situation because of only one AC window unit for entire house and was at the furthest end from bedroom. Shower dripped constantly, which wasn't an issue because AC was louder. Keurig coffee machine was not cleaned in a long time; water in the tank had brown build up and was cloudy. Better than some places but not the best place for the cost.

Peaceful, quiet location and aspects of the listing were accurate (nice, green space leading down to the pond). Bedding and towels were nice and clean. Other descriptions were not accurate, or felt overly generous. The listing and welcome email made a big deal about the free breakfast and lunch, which is a consideration for the high price at a rural 2-person accommodation. However, the store was closed (it looked like it had been closed for some time), which we only discovered upon arrival. I would have appreciated either a communication, so I could have planned ahead with groceries and/or a reduction of the price per night. Other things were just different than portrayed - the "tiny house" was really a modular, kitchen essentials were a box of salt and some liquid smoke, no oil or spatula for cooking, and the kayak looked like it had been face down in the mud for a while. It just didn't feel like there was a ton of effort into welcoming guests who paid 750 for a 2-night stay, and this was pretty disappointing.

Lakeside Tiny Home Memorial Weekend

Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable!

Cozy and Peaceful

I enjoyed my two night stay here at the cozy little lake house. the home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I enjoy the lake, many geese and got to see a Blue Herron visiting the dock. I would definitely book another stay here again in the future.

Cozy lakeside house

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Perfect for 2 people - very clean, cozy and private. Sadawga Lake is very quiet and great for kayaking along with several other lakes and reservoirs in the area. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. Loved the hammock by the water and the fire pit in the evenings. Would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a great spot for a getaway! The space was spotless. There was a lot of privacy. The location was close to everything we needed. The space is cozy and super fun with the hot tub and fore pit! We we are able to enjoy the included breakfast, which was great before skiing!

Retreat

Perfect retreat from everything but without any extra work to acclimate. Chris, the owner has done an outstanding job of creating a creature comfort home with amenities that feel like home without whatever it was you needed to get away from in the first place. Great Spot

Really enjoyed our stay at this tiny house on the lake. Lake and surrounding area in Southern VT was beautiful. Tiny home had everything needed to accommodate two adults and a dog. Great yard for the dog and a nice yard to relax in. Owner was responsive and helpful for any requests. Would recommend the spot for anyone looking to get away for a few days.
