There is a private residence ( studio apartment ) located above the garage with a separate entrance. This area is not part of the rental and should not be accessed by guests. If the ADU is occupied by a tenant at the time of your rental, please respect their privacy. They also have a designated parking space to the left of the garage, please make sure they have access to this parking spot.
