Impressive modern ski and summer home.

Welcome to one of Whitefish Mountain Resort's most beautiful and modern residences. This brand-new home was completed and furnished in the summer of 2025. The home boasts a modern design, high-end finishes and impeccable furnishings throughout three spacious floors. It doesn't get much better. This is a new neighborhood. There may be construction going on for the foreseeable future.

The house features 5 bedrooms (one bedroom is a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. This sleeping space does not have a bathroom besides the master. Two suites have luxurious king beds, 1 has a queen bed and one has two bunk beds with 4 queen mattresses. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features high-end appliances and a large island for entertaining. The kitchen flows into the formal modern dining room and living room with beautiful mountain views, gas fireplace and access to the deck with a propane grill. There is AC for hot summer months and an elevator for easy access to all floors. The hot tub is located just off the second living area downstairs. The master and trundle bedrooms are located upstairs from the living area. The king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room and secondary living area are located downstairs.

Ski access is a short walk away via the homeowner's ski lift and home again ski trail. Ski access is always snow-dependent and never guaranteed.

During the summer months, you will have access to an abundance of hiking and biking trails right out the back door. Other Whitefish Mountain Resort summer activities include zip lines, alpine slide, walk in the tree tops, high adventure course, scenic lift rides, mountain biking, huckleberry picking and so much more. Downtown Whitefish is a short 10-minute drive from the home. 1 hour to the west entrance of Glacier National Park.

Absolutely no partying or any loud noise/music. We have $1000 first time noise complaint violations. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies.
