The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances makes family meals simple and stress-free, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner together after a busy day. The dining area offers a cozy spot for family meals, board games, homework time, or planning the next day’s adventure.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a layout that works especially well for families:



1st lower level bedroom - Queen bed 

2nd lower bedroom - Pyramid bed (Full/Twin over top) with a sofa pullout

Loft Bedroom (enclosed)  Queen Bed the room serves as a private third bedroom—ideal for kids, teens, or additional family members 

Portable AC Unit for the warmer nights

CHECK-IN: 



4:00 PM or later. (Early check-in MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)







CHECK-OUT: 



10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)







PAYMENTS: 



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 



The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 







If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that sites terms and conditions.







CANCELLATIONS:



Guests may receive a refund on the total booking amount less the processing fee, if the cancellation is made 30 or more days from the scheduled arrival date. 

Reservations canceled within 30-days of the scheduled arrival will not be refunded.



Note: PTARMIGAN VILLAGE is unable to refund or prorate based on any issues or delays including but not limited to weather or health. We do recommend travel insurance which can be purchased for an additional fee!
