«Everything at the hotel was very good. The negative quality was an important one, though. Then I checked out of the Marriott, the Agent gave me a receipt. However, it didn't state the cost that I paid. The Agent told me to contact Expedia. When I called Expedia, I wasted plenty of time to talk with an Agent. «I have stayed here before and I like it. The staff is always friendly. The only issue i have is that their breakfast (or menu in general) offers no options for people like me with food allergies (i.e. gluten, dairy and soy). So all I can enjoy is black coffee in the morning. And if I arrive late, again there aren't even any snacks I can eat. It's unfortunate, but so common in the industry.»

«We stayed here due to the access to the Braintree Logan Express, which was a 5 minute Uber ride away. We parked at the express, not at Sonesta. The hotel is grubby, smelly, and there were numerous people loitering outside the entrance which made us uneasy. There was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel which kept me up all night. Honestly it would be worth it to stay somewhere else and pay a bit more for comfort and safety. »

«I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. «My husband and I stayed at this establishment on March 28 &29, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel's location, conveniently situated off a major highway, was remarkably peaceful, with no noticeable noise from the highway.
