«The place is very nice, but be warned the walls are very thin and I could hear every bump, or thump and when the neighbors opened or closed the microwave door. Go for the individual cabin if you plan a stay here. »

«We had a wonderful time at the Lake of the Woods. It was a very relaxing place. What I liked mostly is the private lake because it was just steps away and we did not have to have a licence. We enjoyed fishing with my husband. The older stove/oven/refrigerator/ pantry was super charming. I also liked that although it was in the woods and felt far away from the city, Showlow was jist 10 mins away if we forgot something or wanted to have a nicer ait down dinner at a restaurant. »

«What a gem!! So incredibly happy to have found this place and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves for 2 evenings as well. We came in for the weekend to leave Monday although ended up staying another evening. The lake view is perfect, the cottage was divine and quite large for $$. We enjoyed the kitchen as we at there most of the time since we were right on the water and again all alone, why leave. We met Chuck the owner, what a wonderful man. «This house has everything f you need for your stay. This was our first time using a VRBO type housing and we enjoyed it. The house doesn’t have AC which being in the mountains normally shouldn’t be a problem. The hoat was great with communication »

«Clean cabin, decent amenities, our only complaint was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. And lack of firewood provided for 5 days we did bring our own and I'm glad we did! But overall it was a good experience and a very cute place »
