«The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable! »

«Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room.
