Welcome to our charming double-decker boathouse, a one-of-a-kind retreat nestled on the serene shores of White Lake, NY. This cozy 2-bedroom property offers a unique and memorable getaway, perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to relax and unwind by the water.

As you step into our waterfront haven, you'll immediately feel home in this compact yet highly functional space. Each bedroom has a full shower, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a king bed and a private balcony that provides breathtaking lake views, while the first-floor bedroom offers an in-room shower and private entrance for added convenience.

The living area is designed with relaxation in mind, complete with a real gas fireplace, 1GB high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV equipped with all the popular streaming services.
Our fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the washer/dryer ensures you have all the amenities you need for an extended stay.
Now, step outside onto our spacious deck, right on the water, and take in the stunning surroundings while grilling up a feast on the BBQ or cozying up around the gas firepit. Enjoy al fresco dining on our picturesque vine-covered patio, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
For those who love water activities, our private dock grants direct & private access to the lake, making it easy to take a refreshing swim or simply soak up the sun. In the summer months (June-September), guests can rent a boat separately for an exhilarating day of fun on the water.
