«The hotel is only a year old so everything is new and taken care of; hoping management can maintain this level of care over the next few years. Very clean rooms, all staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Amenities are just right. Impressive, clean fitness center. Breakfast buffet and coffee are very good, and is run by 1 person (y'all need another person to help out). Lots of Shopping and dining nearby. A surprisingly convenient hidden gem.»

«The Westin has an appearance of a really nice and top class hotel. In reality, I got the feeling that customer service is not a priority at the hotel. The room was clean and nice, but a little small for this type of hotel. But they charge extra for Wifi, something that really should be included. And the charge is per device - so to get online on both my PC, iPad and iPhone, I would have needed to pay 3 times for Wifi. It gives you the feeling that they view you as a product, not a guest. «I stayed here multiple times in the past and I’ve always had a positive experience, and this time was nothing less. Our area was completely out of power, and I was able to get one of the last rooms available besides being overly booked, it did not take away from any of the superb service, cleanliness condition of the hotel was just renovated, and it looks fabulous. I was able to come to my with my dog and we were greeted immediately and showed to a room even though I showed up early before ...
