Anchored by a cozy central fireplace, the open living area offers household comfort and relaxation after the day's activities. The kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances (including dishwasher, utensils, and cookware for handling home-cooking and there's seating for all at the dining table set for six. Enjoy morning coffee and happy hour hangs out on the private deck or fire up the gas grill for an al fresco dining experience. In-home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and baseboard heating. Ceiling fans help circulate cooling mountain breezes through the spring and summer months.

A full bedroom and shared bathroom are located on the main floor. A loft style bedroom and en suite half-bath can be found upstairs.

THINGS TO KNOW
No Big Boulder Lake Club passes are provided for guests. Passes may be purchased at the club for $25 per person/per day.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen trundle bed in the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
