The Space:
Snow settles quietly through the pines as the gondola glides overhead, and the mountain air carries that deep winter stillness unique to Whistler. You return from the slopes, boots left in the mudroom, hands warming around a mug as the fire crackles nearby. Later, steam rises from the hot tub while the forest stands hushed around you.
This mountainside townhouse sits on the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain, offering a calm retreat away from the village while keeping winter adventure close at hand. Oversized windows and vaulted ceilings fill the split-level interior with natural light, framing forest and gondola views. In the main living area, comfortable seating gathers around a wood-burning fireplace, with a TV for evenings in and a quiet reading nook and workspace tucked nearby. Heating keeps the home cozy throughout winter, with air conditioning and portable fans available for year-round comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the upper level, two primary bedrooms each feature a king split bed, balcony access, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The main level includes a convenient powder room. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms also offer king split beds and direct access to the hot tub deck, sharing a full bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for relaxed meals after long days outdoors, equipped with a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf microwave, Thermador range, and dishwasher. A dining table seats eight comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step onto the balcony to take in the winter landscape and gondola views, with a BBQ available for year-round use.
Outdoor living & amenities
At ground level, the hot tub offers a welcome way to unwind after skiing, surrounded by trees and winter quiet. A large mudroom and garage provide space for skis and gear, with free parking garage on premises and additional driveway parking. In-suite laundry, WiFi, a safe, and self check-in via smart lock add ease to longer or shorter stays.
Ski access
Winter guests can reach the Dave Murray ski trail and the 2010 Olympic downhill run leading to the Creekside Gondola. The ski-out access point is approximately 400 m away, and skis or snowboards need to be removed briefly to cross a road before continuing. The ski-home route branches off the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run and returns you to within a short walk of the townhouse. This access is weather dependent and best suited to intermediate skiers, typically available from late December through March.
