The Space:
Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as you arrive, the mountains close and still, the air crisp and clear. Inside, warmth rises from the stone fireplace while wide windows frame winter light and forest views. After a day outdoors, steam curls from the hot tub below, and evenings unfold slowly with conversation, films, and fireside calm.
Living spaces
Set across three stories, the chalet offers room to gather and room to retreat. The main living area centers on a stone fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings, with expansive windows drawing in the winter landscape. Nearby, the media room invites relaxed nights with a projector and gas fireplace - an ideal place to unwind when the snow falls outside. The layout balances shared spaces with quieter corners, making it easy to come together or spread out.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is arranged for both simple meals and longer evenings in, with generous counter space and a center island that keeps everyone connected. A dining table seats up to eight guests comfortably, creating a natural spot for breakfasts before the slopes or dinners that linger long after the plates are cleared.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private balcony, with an ensuite that includes a bathtub and separate shower. A second upstairs bedroom offers two bunk beds and its own ensuite with shower.
The main level includes a convenient powder room.
Downstairs, the third bedroom has a Tribunk and an ensuite with bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom features a king bed with access to the hot tub deck and its own ensuite. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. In total, the home offers 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms.
Outdoor living & ski access
Winter days end well outdoors here. The lower-level hot tub provides a quiet place to soak beneath the cold sky, while the upper deck offers seating and mountain air between outings. Dedicated ski storage in the mudroom makes gearing up and winding down easy. Ski-in/ski-out access connects you to the Yellow Brick Road Run, with the Blackcomb Gondola reached via a brief 100-meter walk along the street. Access is snow-dependent and varies with conditions.
Practical details
The chalet includes a two-car garage, additional visitor parking, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Heating and air conditioning support year-round comfort, alongside indoor fireplaces and portable fans. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for those mixing work with time away, and self check-in with a smart lock keeps arrivals simple.

This home is near an ongoing construction project. No activity takes place during weekends or the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.
Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Yellow Brick Road ski run.
• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).
• 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Whistler Village.
• 25-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• 6-minute drive to Fresh St. Market
• 30-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course.
• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake
Other Things to Note:
• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
