Check-in had some issues. Room wasn't ready at 4:30pm. Prior to our arrival I received countless emails and texts from the hotel about an online check in service and promotional info. I downloaded the app and couldn't carry out the check-in. I mentioned this to the clerk and he said it wasn't operational, so we checked in the traditional way. In one of the emails, we were informed the pool and hot tub was closed, so we didn't bring bathing suits. The clerk informed us guests could use their sister hotel's amenities. That little nugget of info would have been nice. We asked for a trolley and when we arrived on our floor (third) we came to a flight of stairs?? Again, it would have been nice to know that our floor was not trolley friendly. We only stayed one night with the intention of skiing the second day. When we asked the clerk if it was okay to leave our vehicle in the $30/day parking area below until we returned around 2-3pm? He said the parking is good until 1pm and expressed there would only be leniency for about an extra half hour. Really? We've stayed at the Hilton, Listel and Ava and they all told us there's no issue as a paid guest to pick up our vehicle when we're done skiing. BTW, when we returned to our vehicle at 1:45pm after skiing, the parking garage was about 20% full.
I will say that the hotel location was excellent and the room was great. But, given your parking policies, check-in and multiple emails, we'll stay at the aforementioned hotels in the future
