«I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. «Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.»

«Beds were ok. Rooms was great for a family. We had 2 beds plus sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t the safest for kids. It would starts to tilt up like it wanted to fold. Ac would not stay on throughout the night most of the night it was off which the room was really warm. Plenty of space for our stuff. Balcony was a plus. Kids loved it.»

«Staff was very helpful and quickly responsive. Nice breakfast. Hot water quickly. Lots of towels! Beds were not secure and rolled around when small children jumped on them. Not helpful.»

«Stayed 4 nights. Nice hotel, very friendly reception service. Room was clean, but no daily room service (unless requested). No breakfast, but good restaurants nearby. Recommended mostly because of the good service by the receptionists.»

«Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel.»

«It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. «Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7.
