«No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. »

«We just love staying at the lodge at Angel fire. The hotel and room are always clean with ample space. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and hard working (especially Phillip at the front desk). My boys absolutely love the pool and hot tub. And, not to mention the incredible location in Angel fire. This was our 4th or 5th visit and we have never found anything to complain about. »

«Hidden gem. Unassuming from the outside but once you pass through the door you see local art and the peaceful, tranquil courtyard with the fire pits, hammocks, pool and hot tub. Bonus it has an amazing view of the mountains and sunrise if you wake up early enough😉☀️»
