Just metres from the golden sands of Whangamata Beach, this easy-going coastal holiday home is all about relaxed holidays with the beach practically on your doorstep. It’s perfect for morning swims, long beach walks, and laid-back days by the ocean.



The property offers great flexibility for families or groups, with a two-bedroom, one-bathroom main house plus a separate studio sleep-out with its own additional bathroom attached. Sleeping up to 11 guests in total, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy.



Set on a fully fenced section, there’s ample off-street parking, including room for the boat, making it ideal for a classic Kiwi summer getaway.



Directly behind the property is a reserve, with a great playground to keep the kids entertained.



The main town centre is only 3 minutes by car, giving you easy access to local cafés, shops, and essentials while still enjoying a quiet beachside setting.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed (Main house)



Bedroom 2: 1 x Set of Single bunks + 1x Single bed (Main house)



Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed + 1x Set of Single bunks, 2x Single beds (Sleep-out)



House Rules and Information -



Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. If the boat/trailer is extra wide, it may need to be parked on the grass area outside the gate. There is no garage.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to bring your own beach-towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
