This spacious, two-story home boasts an inviting living space on the first floor with a full kitchen to prepare meals together, and an open-concept living and dining area. The home also features a converted basement game room complete with a pool table and game room. Relax outside by the firepit! Have an entertaining game night in the game room, enjoy the weather outside, or just relax on the private deck while enjoying the stunning views! One bedroom with an attached bath is on the main floor while the remaining four bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs.

For a fun day trip, this home is within driving distance of Lake George, and Mt. Gore for fun winter activities! When the weather is warmer, take advantage of your private swimming, fishing, and boating access to Antler Lake. If you'd prefer to stay dry, go for a scenic stroll through 13 acres of private forest trails.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
