«Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. «Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.»

«This was a great place for a extended family stay for a wedding. We just chilled at the house, enjoyed the rooftop (weather was great in January...likely not in August). Only real difficulty was parking was a bit tricky with 3-4 vehicles, leaving some on the street, which seemed a bit risky at night (though we didn't have any actual trouble). »

«Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items ...
