Check-in/out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• $15/hour early check-in or late checkout fee. Call 24 hours prior for availability.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs under 30lbs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Pet amenities: Dog dishes and towels for wet dogs provided
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• Ample parking for up to 4 cars and 2 trailers or RVs
• Two outdoor 30A/120V receptacles—perfect for RV hookups or EV charging with an adapter.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: Pack N’ Play, Baby Gates and Sand Toys

• Bedroom 1: Ground floor bedroom features a Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom features two twins
• Bedroom 3: First-floor bedroom features a King bed

• Bathroom 1: Located on the ground floor, this full bathroom features a walk-in shower and a single vanity.
• Bathroom 2: Upstairs, this full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a single vanity.
