Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double ...

«The staff at Hyatt Place were exceptional. We stayed there for several nights while waiting to get an apartment in the area, and with two small kids and a lot of luggage we required a lot of special treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and well taken care of. The staff were friendly with the kids and were even allowed to store our things in their storage room for a few days. »
