«Rooms were spotless,all staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! «I was supposed to spend just one night at The Hilton Mumbai, but as my luggage was lost during my flight there, I was forced to spend another night. First of all: thanks to the hotel staff, I did not have to stay even more nights. They went out of their way helping me restore my luggage, calling the airline and airport several times a day. They even sent a staff member to the airport to pick up my bag when it finally arrived, even though it's the airline's responsibility to deliver the luggage ...
