«If I could give a 0 star i would do that. I checked in late night at 10:30 with 10y old daughter and husband and they gave me a room which was preoccupied. Imagine the horror of getting in a room late at night with people sleeping in it. I don't blame them screaming at us but my daughter got very scared all because of the goof up of the staff. When i went back the only response was sorry , that room was showing unoccupied in the system . That's it ! What about the horror my family and the ...

«Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us. The towels had not been cleaned. They had very visible dark spots, as if some maintenance or repair personnel had used them to clean their hands. The other towel was so worn that it no longer looked white. There were scuff marks on the wall and the shower liner. I do believe that this was related to a specific repair or maintenance job done that day and possibly not a consistent issue, but they should have cleaned it and provided new towels. ...

«A place for late arrival, a good night sleep, and an early departure. Good room, bed and bathroom. Nothing to see or experience around. No restaurant but several breakfast options close.»

«Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend.»
