This is the second time renting this beautiful home. We had a mixed group of older and younger kids and the downstairs was perfect for hanging out. We loved the pool, hot tub, and cornhole and spent the majority of our days just enjoying the house. Close to mini golf, the beach, and good restaurants. We plan to stay here again!

This Cape House Did Not Disappoint!

The first time staying on the Cape and we didn’t know what to expect or where to stay. We found this gem of a house and it was perfect. A lovely CLEAN home, with all the amenities. The backyard was perfection for our group and allowed for us to spend most of our time outside. I would highly recommend this VRBO and we will be back!

We had a fantastic week here and would absolutely rent this house again. It was perfect for two families vacationing together. The house was very clean, had plenty of parking, and the backyard is the real star of the property. The pool, hot tub, built-in fire pit, and multiple seating areas made it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There’s also plenty of lawn for volleyball or Spikeball. The layout worked great for our group. The three upstairs bedrooms were comfortable, while the downstairs was ideal for kids with a large bedroom (4 twin beds), a pool table, TV, pull-out couch, and direct access to the backyard. Having two kitchens was a bonus. The upstairs kitchen is a little dated but has newer appliances, while the downstairs kitchen and two remodeled bathrooms are beautiful. The location is excellent—quiet, central to the Cape, and just minutes from Main Street Hyannis for restaurants and shopping. Both Mayflower Beach (about 12 minutes, amazing tides, 35/car) and Seagull Beach (also about 12 minutes 25/car) were easy drives and well worth visiting. The only minor downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance, especially for teenagers, but everything is just a short drive away.Overall, this is an excellent value, especially for two families. We made great memories here and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family vacation

My family and I stayed here for a full week and we were very pleased with the property. The space was clean, updated and just the right size for two families with small children. This home is ideally located within minutes of restaurants, downtown Hyannis and the beach. We spent most of our time at the house and loved the outdoor space, specifically the heated pool. The host responded to my questions promptly and check-in and check-out were so easy. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to book again next summer!

Family getaway

My mother (76) rented the house for us to come with our families and children. There was plenty of room for us all to stay. The house was very clean and organized. The back yard was amazing. We spent most of our time in the pool or at the fire pit. Would definitely rent it again.

Great stay for rest & entertaining

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Starting wit the house- it is very spacious, clean and homey. We had a larger party of 13 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The house is designed for entertaining with a large, clean hot tub and pool. The yard is perfect for kids or adults with a lot of room for activities. The host was quick to respond, very accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with. Thanks for all the accommodations during our stay.
