«I was happy with my stay here! It was close to the AFB and many other stores. This was my 2nd stay in 2 weeks apart, and each time, I was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and it was great for families traveling together. Kid friendly indeed!»

«Many family activities for small children: feeding wild life, free bikes for use, playground, baby pool, game room, etc. Unfortunately the food and drink situation for adults was not great. They were severely understaffed everywhere. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. Food was average to below average at best. they could make a LOT more money if they improved the food and beverage service.»

«The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :) ...

«There was a lot that was in disrepair. The ice maker in the hall, shower rod and curtain in the room, ice build-up in the refrigerator, mold above the showerhead in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling by the tub, drywall crumbling by the tub. Bathrooms by the lobby closed for repair.»
