THE SPACE
The bright, open-concept main floor flows between the living room, dining area and chef's kitchen, anchored by a cozy propane fireplace. The living room has plush seating and a Smart TV, and the kitchen has modern appliances and generous prep space. Off the dining area, the front sunroom offers more seating and a Smart TV. A laundry area right at the entrance is handy after the beach or a round of golf.

BEDROOMS

• Bunk room: two custom double-over-double bunk beds, plus a kids' play table, toys, books, and indoor and outdoor games
