Large camp house within walking distance to Bayou D'Arbonne and a short drive to boat launch on the Ouachita River. Come fish or hunt North Louisiana. Also a few short miles up the road to Bayou D'Arbonne National Wildlife Refuge, Plenty of parking for several cars, a boat and ATV's. Gate between house and rest of property. Large wrap around deck with outdoor griddle and grill. Sit on the porch in a rocker and relax. Large kitchen with new refrigerator, Keurig duo coffee maker, island bar with stools also dining table. Living room with leather couch, daybed, rocking chairs and smart TV. Single large bedroom with king size bed with charging ports and alarm clock, smart TV, large dresser and vanity with drawers and mirror. Plenty of storage for clothes or supplies. New washer and dryer in large laundry room. Extra space in laundry room to put another daybed or bunkbeds. There is a pond in view of the porch but is not part of the property. Enjoy watching the turtles sun themselves but no fishing. Dogs welcome but need to be walked on a leash as the entire property is not fenced. Nearby shopping and things to do in Monroe/West Monroe area. Also open to long term rental for staff working in this area.

Entire area not fenced, dogs need to be on leash if you bring a pet. Very important to let know the host before booking how many . Max 2 , automatic fee for only 1 , will need to send extra fee for 2nd dog if necessary.
