Time to get away and enjoy the great outdoors! Experience the rustic warmth of the woods at this multi-home, resort-like compound with 16 beds in three separate houses. All combined, there are sleeping accommodations for 25 guests!
Come with one large family, or multiple groups of friends. Enjoy nature and the unforgettable views. Experience luxury. Your stay will be complete with an outdoor pool, basketball courts, tranquil pond, and sprawling grounds. Don’t miss out on the outside firepit for cozy socially distant outdoor gathering and marshmallow roasting.
Multiple separate housing areas allow for plenty of privacy and quiet time for guests of all ages. The first house is comprised of three bedrooms (6 beds-2 full, two twin bunks, two twin over full bunks-sleeps 14) 1.5 baths, plus kitchen, living and dining room. Second house includes a master bedroom with king, 1 bath, additional sleeping for two, along with a kitchen, living, and recreation room. Third house includes Kitchen and bathroom, plus three sleeping areas with 1 king, and 5 twin beds.
All new kitchen(s) and appliances, updated bathrooms, and recently designed spaces with your ultimate comfort in mind. Outdoor bar and seating area for late night chatting. Book soon, this location is expected to have high demand and fill up fast!

great family time property
This property is fabulous. We had a wonderful time. Some suggestions we would have: washing machine and dryer. Large coffee pot for the big house A Refrigerator doors in A have issues Dishwasher door needs help (we never used it) drawer in kitchen A needs gluing pot holders would also be helpful. a set of measuring cups and spoons would be helpful.

We booked for 6 nights and we left after the first night. We booked for 14 people and there were not enough towels for the time we were to be there and there is no washer and dryer. The power went off in the third house with no remedy for the situation. The main house had several plug in A/C units and two of them did not blow cold air. In the second house we found pubic hair in the sheets. We had to purchase additonal sheets and some fans. The next morning we decided we could not stay here and we moved into a hotel for the rest of our stay. When contacting the manager of the property, they were apathetic to our situation but got no resolution and over the next three communications with them the story changed from "I will contact the owner to see what they can do", to " The owner passed away two weeks ago and I am waiting to hear back from his brother" to " the property is owned by a group and I am waiting to hear back from them" A week later and we still have not received any resolution.

Some issues but we had a great time
We rented this property to house 20 ish family members for us to all be together for the first time in a long time. The multiple houses, pool, hot tub, field, basketball court etc were all great amenities that our group enjoyed. We had some issues with the property not being exactly what we expected including that the hot tub hadn’t been maintained appropriately, the smoke detector was beeping with an old battery when we arrived, not all the remotes for the fans had batteries, a door was broken, there was a loose outlet, etc. That said, the property manager did her best to address the issues and things were mostly resolved. Though frustrated that we couldn’t use the hot tub until after it was serviced and a few other inconveniences, we felt the owner addressed our concerns appropriately in the end. We were pleasantly surprised that there was also a ping pong table and indoor basketball game for the kids to enjoy when it was raining and, though it wasn’t exactly what we expected when we booked it, our whole family had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Great place!
This is a great place for larger groups! The deck was a wonderful place to hang out and so was the pool! The hosts we very accommodating and easy to reach. 3 houses made it easier to separate families but that large deck brought us all together!

The best staycation Ever!!!
This property gave us the most exquisite long weekend getaway. Every inch of the property is beautiful. The pool is perfect. We had multiple fires, great coffee. The house is so inviting and welcoming. I really love the outdoor bar and comfy outdoor seating. ++++It is exactly like it looks in the pictures+++++ All the rooms are so clean, clutter free and fresh. The house manager is top notch. We love this property!! It's worth every penny.

Great Labor Day Weekend!
We loved the property, and Kerry was a great property manager. We had a large group of 26 year olds and a few dogs and felt like we had plenty of space. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna and definitely recommend taking a boat ride on Greenwood Lake!

Family Camp!
We spent our annual three family trip at Kerry's West Milford Property this past weekend, and it was amazing. With 8 kids under the age of 9, the grounds were a magical place. The kids went from swimming in the pool to frog hunting in the pond to making s'mores at the camp fire to playing kickball on the giant lawn to playing basketball on the court to playing in the hammocks to making use of the small playground. And they loved exploring all the nooks and crannies of the different houses - dubbing one particular area their "secret hideout." We took one day trip to Wawayanda State Park, 15 minutes away, and loved the beach there (bring a tent - no shade!). Our kids will remember this trip for the rest of their lives. Please note that I titled this review "Family Camp" because you do need to bring the place alive for your kiddos. Bring some nets for frog hunting, materials for s'mores, fun pool floaties, and various outside toys like a kickball to spice things up. We also brought our Roku so that we could access things like Netflix and Disney + for the kids for nighttime wind downs. As for the house accommodations, know that while you will be comfortable, there is some finagling that will inevitably need to be done when thinking about who sleeps where. We piled all the kids into the two bunk rooms in the main house, had one couple sleep there, and the other two couples sleep in the other two houses. There is absolutely room for more, but with our kiddos being younger, we were not comfortable with the loft sleeping in the 2nd or 3rd houses. There are some tricky ladders to be navigated that are probably best for slightly older children. The host was extremely communicative and helpful with a few quick things that needed attention up front, and overall, we had the best time. "Family Camp" was a huge hit, and the kids are already asking to go back!

Excellent property for a great price!
This place is great! It has a such a unique set up, and the pictures/description do not do it justice. You basically get 3 houses for the price of one! My only complaint is that some of the doors don’t work properly, but hopefully that will be something that is fixed quickly.

Deceiving
We were not able to use the dishwasher, as it was disgusting and out of order. The grill had no propane gas. We had to go and refill it ourselves. Someone sat on a chair on the patio and it fell apart. We are very lucky that he was not hurt. The sliding doors and the screen doors were very hard to open. My mother needed help opening it. We would not attempt to sit on the couches on the patio as they were disgusting. There were no trash cans for the kitchen in the second or third house and none in any of the rooms in any of the houses. The outside had no lights for outdoor night enjoyment. The upstairs bathroom in the first house feels like a sauna. They also advertised lots of rooms and beds, but really the only house that had more than one room was the 1st house and one of the rooms looks like a closet turned into a room. House #2 only had 1 bedroom and a smelly basement that no one would sleep in. House #3 had a room with a large closet where they put two mattresses on the floor and a balcony with 3 mattresses, but there was no privacy because the balcony is right above the king size bed and you need to go through the room to get to the closet/room. This property is a mess and the owners are deceiving people. By the way the pool is about 2 1/2 feet deep. It was waist height to my 7 year old niece who happens to be short for her age. This property is pricey and I am very sorry that we spent our hard earned money in this trash.
