Situated a mere 50 miles from New York City, this lakefront town is positioned conveniently close to the Appalachian Trail and the scenic Sterling Forest State Park. Within the village, a half-mile commercial strip hosts a variety of stores and dining options while a short journey leads to the charming town of Warwick, boasting antique shops, cozy cafes, fine dining, and art galleries.

Space
Filled with natural light and beautiful lake views throughout, the home offers a warm and inviting layout designed for both relaxing and gathering together. The main living spaces flow seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining and living areas, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, shared meals, and evenings after a day on the water.

The second floor includes three private bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the property. Upstairs, the third-floor loft serves as a fun and flexible shared sleeping space with additional queen beds and bunk beds — perfect for kids, families, or larger groups traveling together.

Bedroom Layout:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with private bathroom & private balcony (2nd floor)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (2nd floor)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (2nd floor)
• Loft: 2 queen floor mattresses + bunk beds with 2 full mattresses (3rd floor)


Notes
A $30 non-refundable fee is included in the booking total and covers accidental damage during your stay. This is not a security deposit and does not cover intentional damage, negligence, or house rule violations.

For security, there is one outdoor camera in the backyard and a Ring doorbell at the front door.
