The Space:
A beautiful stone house in Agios Nikolaos will offer you amazing moments of relaxation during you vacation.
The house includes a spacious and bright living room area with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.
It also features two spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed each!
The house also has a bright bathroom fully equipped and a WC!
All areas of the house are air conditioned.
In the house you will find all the necessary amenities for your stay: coffee maker, washer, TV, iron, and an exterior shower in the garden. Also, a playpen and a foldable bed is available upon request!
The house also includes Netflix subscription and a private pool available for our guests!
The location of the property is an ideal place for all travelers looking for a vacation in a relaxing environment or those who want to discover the interesting landscapes of Mani, or perhaps combine all these activities.
It offers beautiful landscape views from all rooms of the house. The beautiful balconies are great for a morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine late at night overlooking the magnificent view.
Additionally, the garden is equipped with a built in BBQ, which is free of use for all our guests!

The property is located in the heart of the Mani Peninsula, one of the most magical places in Greece.
Within walking distance you will find bakery, mini-market, restaurants, bar bank, pharmacy and health center (300m).
Near the property you will find many beaches for every taste, cosmopolitan or calmer ones, such as Gnospi beach (300m), Panatzi beach (1.5km), Katafygio beach (3.5km), Malsova beach (3.5km), Kalogria (4km), the beach of Foneas (6km) and the beach of Kardamili (10km). Also, just 150m away from our property, you can find a magnificent swiming area called Gnospi. A unique, and naturally beautiful location, where you can enjoy the water, or visit the chapel that is built in the rocks!
The property is an ideal staring point for exploring Mani and the nearby area. Don’t miss out the chance to explore many places with traditional architecture such as Kardamili (10Km) and many more villages of Mani. In Stoupa as well as in Kardamili you will find more options for those who want an intense night life.
Kalamata is located in 45km while Sparta at 85km.
