«Tom, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe! Comfortable couch and beds! Well stocked kitchen! All the spice essentials… everything you need. Wonderful washer and dryer. Plenty of TP and paper towels. The balcony overlooks the pool, and pool floats and such available in the closet. «This stay was awesome! The location is absolutely amazing and the hosts were just as good with giving detailed check in notes. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as we expected after seeing all the listing photos! Honestly made me look into getting an apartment here as Valencia is my home town. Easy access to all the amenities was a plus and parking couldn’t have been easier. Thank you!! We will be back! »

«Wonderful location! Very spacious with two primary suites and a rather comfortable comfortable pull out sofa bed. Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear. We have family nearby and plan to stay again.»

«Being on the 12th floor provided us the advantage to see both the ocean and the marina. We enjoyed the New Year fireworks from the unit. The host sent very detailed directions and was easy to communicate with. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.»
