«Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries.
If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise.
Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool.
The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and ...

«Generally a feeling of poor cleanliness all over the hotel.
Restaurant tables were sticky. Carpets and chairs were worn and full of spots.

«It was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again.»

«Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside.
We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers!
Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier ...
