«I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable. «This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive.
