«This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return!»

«The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.»

«The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. «Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.»

«Property was nice and in a good location and looks like pictures. It was nice to have a place to relax in at the end of the day and the outside patio was nice for relaxing/hanging out in. Nice and private. It was clean just a few things showed it hadn't been "tidied" up before arrival. I would recommend staying here.»

«The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐»

«My husband and I were there for two nights. We walked to the Redwall Distillery the first night. This is in a nice neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple of chairs right behind the cabin,in the backyard, so that guests wouldn’t feel like they were encroaching on the host’ porch. A very nice, comfortable place. We loved it.»

«I stayed here for 2 nights when I was in Sedona to photograph a wedding. It was a perfect little spot for me - I didn’t cook or anything but the mini fridge and kitchenette was handy for what I needed. It was also a fabulous location for me! The wedding I photographed was at Tlaquepaque which was just a quick drive away. Nice little place for 1 or 2 guests!»

«I thought the villa was really nice for the price. It had plenty of room and was clean. The bathroom had a huge bathtub with air jets. The kitchenette had everything we needed. There is a creek in the back that is nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly.»
