During our stay at Blue Marlin Cove, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience:• Check-in Problems:We arrived on Friday around 3:00pm and could not locate anyone on the dock or at the front desk. The office doors were locked and no staff was available. After approximately 30 minutes of searching the property, someone eventually emerged who appeared to be the office manager. When we requested our room keys, she had no record of our reservation, and we were unable to reach the host. • Flooding & Maintenance Issues in the Unit:Upon entering the unit, we found water flooding the laundry room. The washing machine was half-filled with water and the rest had spilled onto the floor. When we asked for assistance, the manager initially asked if we had a mop. She eventually mopped the floor herself. Later that evening, we discovered the unit was not cooling properly. One of the air conditioning units was broken, resulting in a very uncomfortable and hot night.During our 3 night stay, all issues were not fixed (AC, Washing Machine, nor Hot Tub). We were offered though the Washing maching in another unit downstairs.
