«Great old hotel, with a fantstic location. The chateau may trusts its historical pedigree and past glory a little too much. The rooms (at least ours) might need a makeover. This goes for the ambience in general and the bathroom with it's in tub shower.
It is absolutely shocking that you have to pay for WiFi separately in 2023. In my experience it is only a handful of hotels in the entire world that still requires such payments, and they are usually well below the Chateau Laurier ...

«Cozy, snowy wonderland, felt like a cabin in the woods. Enjoyed the comfy lounge in front of fire and the outdoor fire with Adirondack chairs. Next time will enjoy the hot tub and sauna and the dining options. »
