Located less than one mile from Mount Snow/Carinthia, the location offers both privacy and convenience with free winter MOOver shuttle to/from Mount Snow weekends/holidays, Ski Home Trail, clubhouse and a variety of restaurants/shops/lakes/trails just minutes away

The interior includes 4 bedrooms plus a loft with 2.5 baths. Outside enjoy a large secluded deck bordering the forest, a Weber grill and a custom-built shed for your personal use.

The space is designed to welcome family and friends with an open floor plan, lots of comfortable seating, a truly well-stocked kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with additional cable channels (on the first level), a second large screen TV with comcast and Wii set-up (in the loft), the best game cabinet, birch flooring throughout the first level, Tempur-Pedic carpet covers the steps and second floor, new tile and flooring in all baths. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

ADDITIONAL CONVENIENCES:

Linens, bath towels and bath products provided. High-speed internet. Firewood. MOOver Shuttle weekends/ holidays during ski season (no car needed!). Ski Home Trail. Snowshoes (2 adult/2 child). Private shed for storing bikes, boating equipment, swim accessories, etc. during non-winter months. A reliable and attentive host to ensure you have a peaceful stay.

The clubhouse is located at the entrance of the community and is open for guest use daily 8AM to 8PM. Here you will find a pool table, ping pong, lounge, small fitness room, outdoor community firepit and, during summer months, a heated outdoor pool.

* AWD vehicles are required in the winter to access the property.
* All vehicles to be registered online as guest vehicles. Easy instructions to register.
* Parking for 4 cars in driveway. 24h overflow parking available at clubhouse.

* The community adheres to Vermont`s quiet hours of 10PM - 7AM.
* Primary renter must be 30 and over.
* Primary Renter will be required to execute a rental agreement and provide a photo ID.
* Although short term renters cannot have pets – home is not pet free for those with allergies.

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
