Leather power recliner couch and two suede recliners, smart TV, along with fast internet and YouTube TV channels make your stay almost as comfy as being at home. Built in USB charging station at the bar alone with a wireless phone charger.

THE AREA: Within a very short drive of many breweries, bowling alley, restaurants in the revitalized River District, Amphitheater and Riverwalk, Short drive to miles of walking and biking trails along the Saluda, Broad and Congaree rivers - a treasure that's so close by. Bring your fishing rods, float tubes and bikes because the Riverwalk is a TRUE treasure. Only minutes to most anywhere in Columbia you could want to be. Tubing and kayak trips originate and end 1 mile from the house.

Hardwood floors are throughout the single-level home.

BATHROOMs: Bathrooms feature travertine tile and has tub/shower and vanity sink with modern toilet. Hair dryer, iron, ample towels, hand towels wash cloths & washer/dryer are also provided.

KITCHEN: Shiny new stainless-steel kitchen appliances include a new microwave, stove dishwasher and icemaker. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, utensils, glasses (including wine glasses!), coffee mugs, wine opener, pitchers, spatulas, spice rack, blender, colander, plates, bowls, etc. This kitchen will make FOOD and beverages the center of your gathering. A Keurig coffee pot awaits you. Bright kitchen with recessed lighting with eat-in bar. An outdoor charcoal grill and grilling utensils are provided.

FOR THE KIDS: Board games and entertaining books are provided to entertain the kids. A large TV with channels is provided, which includes Disney and Nickelodeon channels and others that kids will love.

OUTDOORs: The porch is a great gathering place. Decorative white festive lights drape along the top of the back porch create a fun and memorable experience. A covered front porch greets you as you step up the few steps to enter the home. Parking for up to 3 cars and is available in front and side of the house. It's a fully fenced yard.
Porches extend the main living by 200 feet. If you like cornhole, we have that too!
