Perfect in every way!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Boggy Sands Club. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). We would definitely stay at Boggy Sand Club next time we visit Grand Cayman.

Fun Family Vacation
The condo was perfect for my family of 7 - 3 couples and one child. Everyone having their own bathroom and bedroom was the best. The child's room was adorable - my granddaughter loved it. Having the grocery store one block away was extremely convenient. The beach was adequate, but noisy, drunk patrons were a nuisance. The pool needed skimming & attention. We loved Alfonso.

Beautiful Condo and Facility
Our stay at the Boggy Sands Beach Club was wonderful. The condo itself was gorgeous, immaculate, and had all the amenities to help us have a chance comfortable stay. The grounds themself are equally well cared for. There is a less than five minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from there or the roof. All the staff was helpful and made it easy to set up a beach camp, paddle board, and kayak. It is also a 5 minute walk to a major grocery store for those people who are staying with a family and a liquor store for adult beverages.

Family vacation , wonderful stay
Family of 8, 6 adults , 2 children. Plenty of room, each with own bathroom which was a HUGE plus ! Clean, lovely, beach was fabulous, clean and probably the #1 reason why we booked as we hate having to “reserve” chairs and umbrellas. Alfonso is excellent and kind and Shay was ALWAYS available via chat and helped us with any questions. Foresters store and liquor store nearby got a lot of our business!!!! This was a special vacation for us , beautiful unit and I would,def stay there again. A bit north of busy 7 mile beach ( we rented a big van) so if that ok , this is a lovely big unit. Shay and Alfonso , we hope to see you again. Kai sends his xoxox to you Shay 💕

Beautiful Condo with great location
Boggy Sands Parrot 1 was a very beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 8. The location is wonderful as it is close to food store, liquor store and a few restaurants. Pool Pavilion is very nice with a lovely well maintained pool. Lots of pool toys available for use. It is a short walk down a quiet road to get to the Boggy Sands private beach. At the beach there are a lot of chairs. Alfonso was there to help set up umbrellas, get out paddleboards, kayaks, etc. Very helpful. He also spent time doing crafts with the children. The only issue we had was the dishwasher in the unit had the bottom rack being difficult to get in and out. We informed the staff about the DW. We still managed to use it but it was tricky. Overall we loved our stay at Boggy Sands and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay
This was our first time in Grand Cayman, but we will be back. The condo was perfect in every way and I plan to re-rent this location. It was only four of us, but there was more than enough room for another family. Great stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic week!!
Sunny blue skies & turquoise water when traveling with family made it extremely hard to leave Boggy Sands!! Parrot 1 was an incredible upscale condo (ground floor) supplied with everything you could possibly need. If there were any needs or questions Ruaneik or Shay were easily accessible. Boggy Sands beach club was a private beach area with everything you would want to enjoy on a comfortable day at the beach, We loved chatting with Alfonso and he always made sure that we were beach setup ready for the day. Having the grocery store, liquor store and Bayside restaurant within walking distance was a huge plus! We would love to return yearly!!

Great Condo for Large Parties of All Ages
Great West Bay condo. We were a party of 9, all adults except for one toddler. The condo was as advertised. We had 4 separate rooms that allowed everyone their own space, and enough bathrooms for each room. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is fantastic. The pool is close by, and the beach a little further. The beach is nice and only people from the other condos are there. There is a beach supervisor, Alfonso who is wonderful and can assist with any beach items you need. One of us did scuba for a day, another day we rented a boat for snorkeling and Sting Ray city and Starfish Point, and most of the group took another boat to Bioluminescent Bay. All the boats left from the Yacht Club which is not far at all. Restaurants are close by. Bay Side is walkable and makes good pizza for a late night snack or dinner. Maracuba and Cracked Conch are not far and the food is excellent. If you walk down the back road you can find Heritage Kitchen which is a little hole in the wall (no alcohol, but liquor store around corner). You can walk to Foster's -Republix for groceries and there is a liquor store next door. The condo has wagons to take for shopping if you want to walk the 3 - 5 minutes! Our check-in was a bit rough, because we could not get in at 4pm due to cleaning and multiple folks showing up at once, but Shay rectified it by providing us a bit later check out and we were happy. If you rent, download What's App on your phone. It is the best way to communicate with Shay who is the Office Manager. Also put the address of the condo location in your phone, not the address of the condo. 2307 West Bay Rd. We had a bit of trouble finding at first, but Shay assisted us. Renique (not spelled correctly) is involved in the property management, and he assisted us in a couple of minor issues and is a great guy to talk to if you have questions too. Overall, everyone was impresses and thrilled with everything offered. It was a memorable trip, and we truly enjoyed the condo and everything it offered.

Paradise and professionalism
We had the MOST amazing time at Boggy Sands! From the communication beforehand to the greeting at check in and everything in between. The property is impeccable, the beach club literal perfection, the staff super attentive, and it’s walking distance to restaurants and stores. We could not have had a better time! Fabulous girls trip!
I was blown away at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and honestly better than any five star resort on seven mile beach. The condo was spacious and modern and had everything we needed. The beach was so close and private and we had access to kayaks and chairs and snorkel equipment. Property management, specifically Michael Prowery, was so responsive and attentive to anything we needed. We will be back for sure!!

We loved our stay at Parrot 1. Very clean, modern, and very friendly staff members. Kind service man came right away to fix dishwasher. We loved putting together puzzles and relaxing on the back porch with the fan. Perks were that it was a two minute walking distance to the grocery store and excellent restaurant Bayside Café. Kids loved Going to get a treat at the DQ. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Simply Perfect
Wow what an incredible property - from the moment we arrived Ruaneik and team were in constant contact, greeted us at the gate and gave us a tour of the property. Accommodations were spacious, modern and beautiful, rooftop terrace provides incredible views, both sunrise and sunset and add in access to a private beach on seven mile - simply perfect! Less crowed, quiet area with restaurants, supermarket and a liquor store just around the corner, a short walk away. We loved our stay and experience at Boggy Sands. Look forward to visiting again soon,.

Amazing vacation
My husband and I went to grand cayman with two other couples to celebrate his 50th birthday. The condo was clean, beautiful and modern. We had groceries delivered before arrival. Michel Powery met us and gave us a tour. Beach is across the street and loaded w amenities… paddle boards, kayaks, floats and snorkel gear. We literally snorkeled off beach and saw turtles and rays. The water was incredible… crystal clear. Our beach Had at most 2 other families, not crowded at all. We made breakfast and lunch at home most days and ate out at night. Recs: bring a beach bag. They provided a cooler to take to beach Grocery and liquor store in walking distance and they have a wagon you can borrow. Víctor became our driver for the week and was reliable and so helpful 1 (345) 916-5523 Restaurants: tillies, calypso, Helote at cocalobo bar Would definitely stay here again and want to bring my kids. Very family friendly and nice to be a bit away from traffic and big resorts

Highly recommended!
Boggy Sands is amazing, we had a great stay. It's safe, clean, and found the location to be very convenient. It's a 2 min walk to grocery store, 5 min walk to Heritage Kitchen (great local food), a minute walk from the most beautiful beach with great selection of beach accessories. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Morne was very accommodating with all the covid travel restrictions and rebooking. The property manager Powery always had a quick response time, very attentive and was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, arranging tours, transportation and even arranged for us to have some fresh coconuts delivered. Hope to be back again soon!

Fantastic stay
This place is superb, the apartment is just like the pictures, everything modern,fresh and spotless! Lovely quiet location, 2 mins walk to beach. Private beach for Boggysands residents, and pool with plenty of seating in sun and shade. 3 min walk to fosters supermarket, cart supplied at apartment if u don’t want or have a car or want to walk. Brilliant vegan restaurant 5 mins drive away. Paddle boards and various swimming accessories to borrow too. I can’t find any faults with this place, property and location perfect

Spectacular West Bay Condo
Property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything was just as pictured. We were delayed getting in and there was no problem with getting checked in. Ruaneik the property manager was excellent! Very attentive, kind and funny. Anything we needed he went out of his way to provide. He hooked us up with a private boat for an afternoon to Stingray city. He also found us a taxi driver for the week. The property has a beautiful stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas. Very private and not over crowded. The other condo owners were great, went out of their way to ask how we liked it and offered suggestions on restaurants. There is a grocery store and liquor store within walking distance. Found a great little restaurant also within walking distance called Bay Side. Highly recommend, great food and service! Also check out Heritage house, a little beach side shack that serves fresh fish. It was amazing. All in all a wonderful trip! Perfect spot for families. Great value!

Best Cayman Trip Ever
We booked an extremely last minute vacation to the Caymans and were lucky enough to find an opening with Boggy Sands Club. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations: Location: We have stayed all over the island, including rum point area, 7 mile, and south side. This location on the north end of 7 mile is IDEAL. Gorgeous beach, not super crowded, convenient to everything (except rum point, which is a bit of a drive). Arrangement of condo: There are two buildings and a pool set across the street (path really) from a house on the beach. The house on the beach serves as a pool house with lots of fun beach equipment. Driftwood is right next to the pool and Parrot is just behind that. Pool: Is great. Never crowded, convenient seating. Partly shaded in the afternoon. Was actually a little colder than the ocean, but it did not stop my kids at all! Snorkeling: Good right off the beach. There are better spots on the island but definitely the best we have had right where we are staying. The condo itself: Outrageously fantastic. Every detail of design is well thought through. Gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. Service: Ruaneik was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure. We actually had to switch units during our stay (because we booked so last minute), but he made the transition effortless. Stop reading reviews. Just book this place. You won't regret it!

This rental is literally the best. The property is luxurious and has all the amenities you can think of including paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear. We also enjoyed the location on the quiet end of seven mile beach. Make sure to eat at the heritage kitchen!

Fantastic!
Gorgeous, spacious condo for a group of 8! Location is on the end of 7 mile beach (right by a reef with great snorkeling) with great access to that and walking distance to a grocery, liquor store & local restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could want. Lots of equipment available to use for activities. Ruaneik was a wonderful property mgr. He was so helpful with a couple of requests for a Sunday arrival. The only drawback was the construction happening in the complex right now. Concrete pouring and machinery from 7 am to 4:45 pm. You could not really hear much in the condo or at the beach, but it was loud on the patios, rooftop deck & pool. Workmen were very nice though! Beds were super comfy but natural fiber, breathable sheets would be even better. You will need bug spray at dawn & dusk for the mosquitoes. All in all, I loved the condo & plan on returning, but may wait until construction is completed. Would love to talk my husband into buying a place at Boggy Sands! Thank you so much, Morne & Ruaneik!

Luxury New Construction at the end of 7 mile beach
We had a wonderful stay at Boggy Sands. It is a brand new development and at least half of it is still under construction, but that did not effect our stay. The current pool (another one is being built) seems smaller than pictured online, but it was nice all the same. Also, don’t really expect to use the rooftop decks. They are very very hot with no shade during the day and then they have a ridiculous amount of mosquitoes at night. The beach front of Boggy Sand’s property is very small, but since 7 mile beach is public, in reality you have all of 7 mile beach to spread out on. The developer bought a small single family home that is ocean front and turned that into the “beach club” for the property. But that is a small designated space for the number of condos and you have to cross a small street to get to it. That isn’t really clear from the website. There are many condos and houses for rent in the Cayamans that might not be as nice or as new as these, but unlike this one, each unit is actually right on the beach. But as a huge bonus the “beach club house” at Boggy Sands is filled with paddle boards, kayaks, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, all free of charge. The customer service at the place was wonderful as well. In general I prefer self check in VBRO rentals. For this check in you had to arrange a time to meet with a property manager and their preferred communication is through What’s App, which I had to download and figure out how to use. Being able to text or call would have been much easier. Inside the condo was exactly as pictured online, absolutely gorgeous, and perfectly designed. 7 mile beaches is one of my favorite beaches and we would definitely come back to the Boggy Sands resort. One more thing, there wasn’t daily maid service at this condo. It wasn’t advertised, but I kind of expected it as everything else I have ever rented on Grand Cayman had daily maid service included. It was a wonderful stay and a beautiful new addition to 7-mile beach! Oh, and a cute t-shirt and hat with the property name were provided as welcome gifts when we checked in. There was also a generous welcome basket with snacks and two bottles of champagne.

Great value for highly modern/high end stay steps from the beach!
Condo is BRAND NEW and everything HIGH END. Very comfortable stay. 4 Big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Awesome kid room- they LOVED it! Kitchen well stocked with everything for cooking. They have their own private beach and beach house here stocked with kids toys, kayaks, paddle boards etc. SO easy! Stunning water! Snorkel RIGHT HERE off shore (it's next to cemetery beach). WAY LESS people that 7 mile's mob-scene. I also liked this better than a house (we rented a house last trip here) because pool is separate and with small kids It felt good to have the water out of the equation. Washer/Dryer made things easy. Strong wifi. Roof was super cool with great views and high-end/modern furniture. The condo is exactly as pictured. Only a 2 min walk to grocery and wine store; as a mom both are equally important. Short drive to Caymana bay (tons of great restaurants) and turtle farm (great for kids) and Macabuca for great snorkeling/lunch. Great kids playground/ beachfront-park about 1 mile away by Sea Fire Resort. Good fancy restaurants at Seafire too. Have lunch at Cocoloco. Great service here on site. Everyone super nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious
We just arrived back from a week at Boggy Sands. It was exceptional. The condo was large, spacious enough for 10 people although we had a party of seven adults. Everything was well equipped especially the kitchen. We ate most of our meals in so we really appreciated all of the amenities in the condo. We enjoyed our back screened in patio with the table where we could enjoy our breakfast lunch and dinner. Ruoneak and Anthony were awesome and were available to meet our every need. Ruoneik met us when we arrived introduced us to the property and gave us his personal phone number if we had any need. One of them always responded immediately. The pool area was a beautiful with shade and sun although we enjoyed sitting out at the beach all day enjoying snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding and watching the sunset. Prior to our stay they were very expedient in answering any questions we may have and also giving us recommendations to restaurants and activities. We went to several of the local restaurants where we were able to sit waterside and enjoy the view with wonderful food. I would highly recommend Broggi Sands to anyone looking for a vacation spot, on 7 mile beach but away from the masses. It worked especially well for us with a large group. in addition to all that it was walking distance to the grocery store and liquor store. We are hoping to return next year.

An Amazing Stay at Boggy Sands Club
Every time my family and I travel to Grand Cayman, we always stay at one of the units at the Boggy Sands Club! The buildings are clean, comfortable and spacious. The beach is quiet, private and a great location for snorkeling. Combined with the additional onsite equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, etc) there is endless activity for the whole day. The kitchens are fully stocked with brand new appliances, utensils and equipment. The unit is only a few minutes down the road from the center of Seven Mile Beach, so there are many restaurants nearby. Don't hesitate to ask for any recommendations or assistance, the owners are very attentive and will make sure you have an incredible trip as well. Overall we highly recommend staying here for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to return again!

Beautiful Condo
We had an amazing time at Boggy Sands. The condo was beautiful and accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. Everything was exactly as listed in the description. The beach is literally across an alley with paddle boards, kayaks, etc. and the pool was also nice. The only thing that was not functioning was the elevator but we were on the first floor so it was not a problem. I would highly recommend Boggy Sands but would recommend the first floor until the elevator is functioning.

Incredible property and location! Everything was perfect!
We brought nine family members down to Grand Cayman for my son’s and nephew’s high school graduation trip. With four bedrooms and bathrooms we had plenty of space. The condo was huge and the kitchen allowed us to cook many of our meals and not have to go out. We had absolutely everything - there was not one thing we needed for the week that the condo did not provide. The owners thought of everything! We practically had the beach to ourselves each day, and were able to use the provided paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear to explore the beautiful water and reefs right off of the beach. The pool and cabanas were great as well when we needed a change from the beach. I highly recommend this property and would no doubt stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Grand Cayman.
