«This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!»

«The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.»

We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. «The best stay I have had so far coming up to the springs!! Location is perfect, only about a half mile to the park and river. The cabin was clean and very cozy perfect for two with everything you will need for your stay. Couldn’t have asked for better host’s!!!! They were the friendliest and best I have ever had, really made you feel at home and welcome! Can’t wait to go back again, definitely recommend staying here!»

«We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. «The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well.
