«At first difficult check-in, because of the Expedia third-party reservation. But the lobby front desk staff was very accommodating, took care of us and got us in a room right away and took care of the issue behind the scenes. Rooms were clean and comfortable the pool area was also clean and the kids had so much fun.»

«I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless.
On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing ...
