This is a convenient downtown location, and it is easy to walk to the market and restaurants, but it needs upgrading. I will continue to stay here for the convenience, but if you expect more than a place to lay your head, don't be surprised by the property's condition.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is nice. We loved the swimming pool area, the shopping is very near. Good expert in all.

We've stayed here previously and it is very convenient to the town and race start line for a half-marathon. The only downsides were no microwave in our room and the outdoor hottub had bricks that were loose and ready to fall in. Lobby was very nice, along with the staff. Light breakfast was enough for us and I enjoyed having hot water available all the time for my several cups of tea I drink daily.

Very hot and stuffy. Poor air flow. Shower pipes squealed when in use. Coffee options in the room very limited. Difficult to get service. Continental breakfast confusing and low quality, very haphazard. Room had almost no amenities. Tv the size of a postage stamp. On the plus side, checking in and out was seamless, and when there was staff to talk to, they were polite and generally helpful.

Most appropriate place to stay for a ski weekend for example. Mission Ridge Ski Resort is just 30 min away.

Pool was amazing!!!! Breakfast would be one star and unfortunately the sink in our bathroom had a bad leak and water was dripping everywhere.

Check in was delayed one hour. Not just one baseball teem but the whole league was staying. Pool was way-way over crowded. Alcohol being drank, cans fully exposed. Rude guest. Thought they owned the place because the entire league had book in the hotel.

The staff was kind and the lounge is updated. The bedrooms need updating and new tvs. Sometimes after a long day you would like to sit back and enjoy a movie but the tv is tiny and there is only cable on it. The indoor pool is great but also needs to be updated. They do not do daily cleaning it is something you have to request.

This was probably a good place about 40 years ago. Got stuck in the elevator and based on the response it seems it wasn’t the first time it happened. The roof top restaurant is closed “temporarily” but since there is a framed notice in the elevator I wonder how long “temporary” has been.

Beautiful room for the price. Only disappointment was the morning breakfast. No eggs, potatoes, sausages found at most hotels. Went to McDonalds fown the street.

I had chosen this by spot because of its sky bridge to the convention center. That was a plus. I’d also chosen it because it included a restaurant so I wouldn’t need to leave the premises by myself after dark. I was very disappointed to discover the restaurant was closed down with no mention of that on the website. The room had no microwave to even warm up leftovers from a previous meal.

Weekend in Wenatchee
Weekend with my grandson. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was clean enough, but sadly, this hotel is showing its age. The furniture is scuffed, bathroom tile had grout missing, curtains were worn. Breakfast is minimal. Everything is packaged. There is no fruit. Maybe this is due to Covid precautions. Pool is nice.

Typical. comfortable. Easy location. Very family friendly. No view of the river below the 5th floor. Our stay was limited continental breakfast and the queen beds are rather narrow. Had enough towels in the room, and hot water.

Great location, reasonable price, clean, loved the outdoor hot tub open in winter, roof deck and upper restaurant and bar were closed when we stayed, breakfast was good but cramped, not enough space to sit and eat. Overall, I'd stay again.
