We’ve stayed here several times and usually had a positive experience.
The office manager was delightful and very nice. I don’t know her name. But, she was helpful and friendly.
My biggest concern was the door to the annex building where we stayed next door. We’ve never stayed there before. The room was big and nice. But, the front door had to be left open constantly. The card swipe was broken. I only discovered it because a sign on the door indicated it should not be propped open. So I closed it and got locked out. My wife let me in. The office manager explained it was broken and had to be fixed.
When we checked into our first floor room. The sliding glass door to the porch (which was ground level) was unlocked, the safety bar was not in place and the screen door was open. I understand this was an oversight. But, it was concerning because I might have not checked it.
The WiFi was not good. I used my cellular service.
Our sheet had a huge coffee (I hope) stain on it. We didn’t discover it until we were leaving.
Hot water was inconsistent and the toilet wasn’t working consistently.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews and only hope that the management rectifies and maintains the property better.
We didn’t complain and have had good experiences in the past.
