This home is nestled near a beautiful river, right along the tree line—a peaceful spot to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy a break from the busyness of life. Watch the mama deer and her baby come to the back yard! Smell the fresh country air. Watch the squirrels scamper from tree to tree. Be refreshed!
We are located 1 mile outside of the town of Wellman, with a grocery store, gas station, an awesome city park, a golf course, an activities center and much more all just a mile away, you’ll have everything you need close by! We are 7 miles from historic Kalona Village and close to the historic Amana Colonies, Coralville/Iowa City. We're a 30 minute drive to Kinnick Stadium & the University of Iowa/UIHC.

About the Home & Living Space:
Spacious living quarters with 5 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room area where you can spread out, gather together, and feel right at home!
There is a fully stocked kitchen where you can cook those yummy meals! There’s also a nice laundry room and a 2-car garage, giving you plenty of space and convenience during your stay.

Guest access
You will have the entire place to yourself. with the exception of the maintenance rooms.

Other things to note
fully stocked kitchen to cook those yummy meals!! Or order pizza from Casey's Pizza a mile up the road! If you haven't yet had a pizza from Casey's. Here's your change to try it! They are scrumptious!

*also, wanted to mention that we are reseeding the grass in the back yard. so, it is a little tore up right now. but, it shouldn't be long till there is nice fresh grass growing!
