This modern boutique style spa home is perfect for a laid back vacation style trip to the WEF,a perfect base for exploring Palm Beach County, an overnight concert trip to the Amphitheater and Sunfest. The tropical patio, heated pool and hot tub area is ideal for relaxing around, with sun loungers, outdoor eating area and grill
The space
The cottage has been extensively updated and modernized including a brand new kitchen. The decor throughout is boutique style with a traditional Florida twist, reflective of the owner's multicultural background. The pool is fully heated - perfect for the cooler winter months and uses a salt water system. The property is nestled amongst all types of tropical foliage, providing a truly vacation style ambience to your stay. This is a no party no gathering house
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the large gardens and patio area surrounding the cottage. Including full use of the oversized heated swimming pool, and spa.
Other things to note
House and Patio area is non smoking.
Small Pets only. The Guest House is on the same 1 acre lot as the main house which is occupied but guests have exclusive use of the pool and patio area no space is shared. There is a gas grill on the property available for our guests to enjoy.
There is a security camera which monitors activity from the road up the driveway.
Safety+Cleanliness is paramount in the home so our protocol:
-Contact-less Self Checkin
-Home deep cleaned + sanitized in between guests l.
-Backup cleaners in case one falls ill
So far no guests infected have stayed in the home. If anything changes, I would communicate asap
