5. 5 soverom innkvartering i Ashby St Ledgers

Ashby St Ledgers

«The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. We thought it was Saturday at 10 but it was actually Friday. When we got a call around 1pm asking why our belongings were still there we rushed back (about 20 minutes away) to pack up.When we arrived, the owners were cleaning and were shockingly rude. Instead of speaking to us calmly, they were confrontational and ...

7. 2 soverom innkvartering i Stamford, near Easton-on-the-Hill

Stamford, near Easton-on-the-Hill

«A very comfortable cottage. Excellent enclosed garden if you have a dog and great walks within 200 yards of the cottage to the 'deeps' or beyond to at least two longer distance paths. Stamford is ten minutes away and if yoir visiting family in the area its a great base with good road links. We had our break at half term (February) the cottage is well heated with a log burning fire!....we bought extra logs from Morrisons in Stamford (about £8 a bag).Bob and Sarah provided a great welcome pack ...

10. No 35 MP Billing Aquadrome Holiday Park

Northampton

«Billing Aquadrome as a site is lovely. However this property wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. Upon arrival, like anyone does, we had a look in the cupboards etc, to find items from previous guests had been left, including clothing left in a bag in the main bedroom wardrobe, one item being underwear, which is unacceptable for things to be left, which tells me the property was not checked after the last guest left. There were also other items left in the ...

14. The Lodge @ Lodge Farm

Bedford

«Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. Disappointed at the response from the host ...
