Med 5 soverom og 3 bad, eiendommen rommer 10 komfortabelt. Første etasje har to soverom, ett med en queen size-seng og en med to dobbeltsenger, mens andre etasje har tre soverom, to med en queen size-seng, og den tredje med to tvillinger. Fasiliteter inkluderer en veranda, satellitt-TV, vaskemaskin / tørketrommel og god plass til å strekke ut med 2440 kvadratmeter. Ft boareal. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to visit for a week at the beach! This was our 4th trip in a row and we enjoyed it as much as every other time. The privacy and sunsets can’t be beat and the seals are a delight to watch. The house is very roomy but needs a few updates. We’ll be back!

Stunning view and private

Such a beautiful location. We wanted a relaxed get away and definitely got it. We are talking about next year already. Also very comfortable, bed and furniture are actually very comfortable which you don't always get on a rental. Be ready for a little off roading, nice long private dirt road. Thanks for sharing your home.

The house has a spectacular view and is only a stone staircase (a bit rugged) away from the sand. The only update needed on the rental property listed information is that the master is a King bed and not a queen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is incredible. Very roomy and lots of light. The drive in to the property is a bit precarious, but worth it. The wifi situation was rough but we dealt with it. I found the house to be a bit dirty. The window sills, glass doors and curtains could use a cleaning. I wished there were more kitchen utensils to cook with. A sharp knife? The 9:30 check out is a lot to ask. 11 would be more reasonable. The location more than makes up for the mishaps.

Reviewer Comments: This house absolute should not be occupied until top to bottom repairs are completed.Paint is peeling, carpet is badly stained, cheap 'hardwood ' flooring has buckled and whole strips have popped up, sliding screen doors don't work. Dead mouse in the garage. The washing machine is so badly rusted that it turned everything ORANGE, ruining hundreds of dollars of clothing. The whole place looks like a frat house that's been used HARD

This year we stayed in July and did not do well without AC. The rental listing reads AC but we knew going into it, that was not the case. Had a few problems but the rental company responded quickly and to our satisfaction. Some things could not be fixed like tiny biting bugs called noseeums. They can fit through screens. We were advised to spray screens with a natural bug repellant and not to leave lights on in bedrooms. This helped a lot. On days with a breeze it was wonderful, but when windows were closed up due to rain or bugs it was not great for us. If you dont mind the heat, some bugs and some wear and tear; you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets, wildlife and privacy. Im sure we will return again but at a time when the weather is cooler. If you go in the summer, bring some fans! And make a visit each night to the beach for the sunset and seal-watching.

Very nice location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and scenic views of the Cape Cod Bay. Very few other properties in the area made the location even nicer. The sandy beach was great for lone walks. The porches where great places to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms spacious with plenty of room for us all to spread out throughout the house. Appliances all seemed to be in working order and we enjoyed many meals at the very long dining table. Be sure to bring a personal hot spot with you to ensure internet connectivity. We did and the device worked perfectly for all of our personal devices. We even let one of the vacation neighbors tap into the device.The walk down to the beach is more of a climb than a walk. Although there are cinder block stairs they would be a challenge for someone with any type of physical limitation. Once on the beach it is an easy walk to the water. Everyone loved exploring the weed line after high tide and relieving all sorts of items that washed up at high tide. The garbage and recycling was picked up as scheduled.Upon arrival we notified the agency that we found broken doors, door frame and window screens along with a circuit breaker being tripped, tv service disconnected, paint peeling from bathroom ceilings and several holes in walls throughout the property. A property manager did stop by to inspect the items we referred to and did reset the circuit breaker and helped to get the tv working. He did not return to repair any of the other items. During the stay we found dirty pots placed in amongst clean cooking pots and the grill was absolutely filthy along with the grill utensils. It took us quite some time to remove the extensive amount of built up grease etc on the grill in order to use it. If this had been a resort I would have demanded a room change or transfer to another property.We would stay here again if we could be reassured that the property had received the maintenance it needs and de
