  • Dette komfortable antikke hjemmet ligger på flere dekar land i National Seashore, bare 1/4 kilometer fra Bound Brook Island Beach. Hovedhuset har tre soverom og to fulle bad. Interiøret er unikt med komfortable møbler. Hovednivået har en L-formet stue, spisestue, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, et tilstøtende hiet, fullt bad og ett soverom med en queen size-seng. På det andre nivået er to soverom til, ett med en queen size-seng og det tredje med to tvillinger som lett konverteres til en king size-seng, hvis du vil. Det er en egen hytte (det fjerde soverommet) som har en queen size-seng, dusjkabinett, stort karnapp, TV, dør til privat plenområde, bord og stoler, lite kjøleskap, vask og kaffekanne. Det er en murstein uteplass som spenner foran huset og et stort hage med modent landskap for din fornøyelse. * Vær oppmerksom: Det er en lang, spilt grusvei som fører til dette huset og Bound Brook Island Beach. * SUV anbefalt * Refunderes ikke $ 185. 00 Administrativt sikkerhetsgebyr pluss gjeldende statlige og lokale skatter. Linpakke er tilgjengelig på forespørsel for maksimal kapasitet mot en ekstra kostnad på $ 324. 00

Beautiful remote house

House was a beautiful historic home with tins of character in a remote home by ine of the best beaches I've ever seen on the Cape. Couldn't have asked for a better rental to meet up with friends at and just relax and enjoy the area.

The Perfect Vacation

The beach was spectacular. Low tide or high tide just a treat to visit. We all loved the lived and feel of the house.. I will definitely try to come back again.

Be aware

Primary road closed due to tidal flooding. Secondary road passable but had to ford tidal flow. Rutted trail in passable with AWD only. Driveway flooded and home not accessible. Remote spot and need to be aware of tides. Poorly represented in description. Had to find alternative lodging

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a magical place! A beautiful, 18th century house in the middle of the National Seashore, utterly private and remote, just a 5 minutes’ walk from the bay. Though the house is more than 2 centuries old, it is comfortable and well equipped: the owners have thought of every convenience, from an ultra-modern shower to the wireless Internet access (one member of our family was able to work remotely during our stay). A charming little guest cottage provides another bedroom and bathroom. A large brick terrace in front of the house, overlooking flower beds and fruit trees, has comfortable chairs and tables, a barbecue and firepit. Outside the kitchen in the back, a large glass table & umbrella makes a lovely shady place to breakfast and lunch -- and a relaxing hammock is a few paces away. For hikers, there are some wonderful walks right from the property that follow the old cart tracks through the woods. And during a couple of rainy days, we were never bored for a minute, thanks to the amazing collection of books in the house (not to mention all the board games and puzzles) & comfy chairs and sofas. Wish we were still there!

September Stay at 695 Bound Brook Island Rd

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on Bound Brook Island is amazing, so close to a nearly deserted beautiful beach. The house is comfortable, especially the living room area with several spots to sit and gather. Unfortunately this was a challenging mosquito season in Wellfleet, and Bound Brook Island seemed to be a mosquito breeding ground while we were there. It was quite extreme and prevented us from lounging outside at the property. The gas for the stove ran out while we were there and the owner was lovely and had it filled immediately.

Beautiful spot.... but the mosquitos were brutal!

I know that you can't control the mosquitos but they were so bad. Had none last year when we stayed and could not sit outside this year nor could we walk to the beach. Will say that clean up of the fruit that falls would be helpful as the bees were also terrible. We spent a few hours raking and that helped. Also the bathroom in the little house is filthy and moldy. Love the setting though, even with the bugs! Thanks you
